E-teaching has been developed to help my students with Geography, History, and PSHE. It could be useful in ESO, key stage 3, years 7,8,9, and key stage 4, years 10 and 11, and especially those enrolled in the following programs of IGCSE, AS, and A-levels. Remember, it is forbidden to any member or user to post content which is illegal, threatening, harmful, offensive, damaging, slanderous, scurrilous, violent, insulting, racist and untruthful or against the copyright.

Spring Fair 2012
Thank you to all the people involved in our year 9B stall. You know who you are, but let me send special thank you to Carol's mother for the hand made bookmarks, "Andreas" for their ribbons against cancer and Mihail's sister doing incredible face paintings. And all the other parents and students that brought so many different stuff and products which were sold quickly. We reached 100 Euros in total (just in our stall !!!). I will keep you posted with the final figure obtained in the whole Spring Fair. "Asociación Española contra el Cáncer" is going to be very proud of you all...as much as I am already! Thank you all!!!

My tutor group (9B)
A couple of reminders for my tutor group (9B)
1.- DO NOT FORGET to bring your products for the stall in the spring fair next Friday (20/04/12). Remember, we all agreed to bring books, old video games, teddy bears, toys or anything you think it could be sold and interesting to other people and you do not use it at home any more and it is in good condition or brand new.
2.- During PSHE next Thursday (19/04/12) we need to finish off the posters about Human Rights and we need to create nice and catching posters for our stall of the Spring Fair.
REMEMBER: All the money that we will collect will be for charity, and this year we have chosen the important NGO.... "Asociación Española contra el Cáncer".
So, we should devote our most serious efforts to collect lots of money for this organization.

Settlements... Year 7
In the last term we have been talking about settlements and redevelopment plans as a good way to increase the quality of life in many cities and change the run down areas. The following video shows the redevelopment plan generated in Barcelona for the olympic games of 1992. This video is showing how important this plan was for the city and they are wondering what will be happening in London 2012 after the olympics.
Tourism web article about this issue
Just a quick message to include you a link with useful information about our unit of tourism. It is a useful reading because they explain issues we have been talking about and will be in your test.
